Pagid has created a new video highlighting the manufacturing excellence that goes into making every one of its brake pads.
The video, which can be found below, shows the stringent quality processes that are present at each stage of the manufacturing journey, from the receipt of raw materials, through production, quality control and testing, and finally to assembly and despatch to UK workshops.
TMD Friction manufactures over one million-brake friction products across its world-class manufacturing locations in Europe every single day – and invests €30m in R&D annually. Every friction formulation is road tested for 300,000km with its own fleet of test cars, and 1,000 hours on a dynamometer, to ensure superior quality.
The production of the video follows recent customer visits to Pagid’s manufacturing locations at TMD Friction’s state-of-the-art facilities in Essen and Leverkusen, in Germany.
